When you contact our Help Desk, online or by phone, we’ll be able to securely interface with any computer in your office via the web and resolve most common issues – without having to take extra time to come to your office.
 
Our typical Help Desk response time is under 4 hours. Please note that our Help Desk is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you submit a Help Desk Service Request after hours, you will receive a call back the next business day.
